History and Evolution
Evolution & Growth: Over the decades, we strategically shifted our focus to the Pharmaceutical and Food Industries, catering exclusively to corporate and MNC clients. This transition brought us large-scale contracts and positioned us as a reliable partner for quality-driven, high-compliance industries.
The Second Generation: Driven by continued success, Mr. Nemichand Khinvasara’s three sons joined the business: Mr. Sunil Khinvasara managing Purchase & Dispatches, Mr. Sanjay Khinvasara leading Sales, and Mr. Sandeep Khinvasara heading Finance. Under their leadership, the group diversified into Food Processing, Land Holdings, Construction & Real Estate, a Medical College, and other ventures, while strengthening the core trading business.
The Third Generation (2022 Onwards)
In 2022, Mr. Rohan Khinvasara joined the business, bringing a new vertical to the company: Pharma Grade Sugar. We have completed tie-ups with multiple well-known listed sugar mills and expanded our portfolio.
